Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, 2006

I believe relationship conflict has a purpose just as I believe that difficulties, whether catastrophic or everyday, are life’s invitation to us to grow to our full potential and live more joyful lives.

My role as therapist is to be a facilitator of growth and to provide a safe space for couples, families and individuals to explore and build tools to improve their relationships and quality of life.

As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I am uniquely qualified to guide couples in revitalizing their relationships with proven communication techniques that lessen reactivity and increase connection and empathy. I have witnessed many couples, some struggling with infidelity, poor communication, sexual difficulties, and emotional distance learn a new way to love.

My other areas of specialty include grief (individual and group work), healing from trauma, life transitions such as postpartum adjustment or divorce, work with recovering individuals, and personal growth work. I believe in a holistic approach that honors the mind/body connection. My therapeutic style offers compassion and warmth with a focus on empowerment and positive change.
