I joined Counseling Associates for Well-being in 2010. I previously worked with St. Mary's Healthcare System (Athens, GA) and the Medical College of Georgia, Health Inc.-Department of Behavioral Health and Psychiatry (Augusta, GA). I value human connection and friendships in my life. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, aerobics classes, jazz music, and sports.

As a counselor, my goal is to assist clients in achieving positive change and a state of balance at whatever stage of life they may be in. I utilize an integrated approach consisting of mindfulness, empathy, and support. I promote the use of positive psychology in everyday life and the workplace. I also encourage people to work towards mental and physical wellness.

I work with adults and adolescents going through life transitions and adjustments, depression, anxiety/stress, grief, ADHD, chronic illness, pain management, career/job difficulties, caregiver stressors, and alcohol/drug addiction. My background includes work with children, adolescents, and adult clients in mental health and hospital settings.
